Gatchaman Fighter episode 02 |
Saburo Kamo is the Chief Engineer of the Ninja Team. He was assigned by Dr. Nambu to build the new Gatcha Mechas and instruct the team on how to use them in the eventuality that the team needed them. He first appeared in Gatchaman Fighter episode 02, rescuing the team from being crushed by Sosai Z's mecha after the destruction of the New God Phoenix by using a drill mecha and scooping the team up into the cargo bay with it's shovel. After transporting them to thier new base, he gave the team their new weapons and mecha and explained to them how they worked and how the mecha formed the Gatchaspartan.
Alterations in English Adaptations
He was renamed "Avery" in "Eagle Riders".
